I believe that every aspect of our lives is intertwined: each area affects the others. So we cannot be healthy without looking at every part of our lives. As a life fitness coach I combine the behavioral with the physical and together we look at the whole picture. I will partner with you to identify specific areas that you need-and want-to change.
